Shipping destinations

  • Netherlands All orders ship free of charge, regardless of order value.
  • Belgium Free shipping to Belgium. Delivery times may be slightly longer than for the Netherlands.

Delivery times

  • Netherlands 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Belgium 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Processing Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
ℹ During public holidays and busy periods (such as Christmas and Black Friday) delivery times may be longer. We will notify you in advance via our website and newsletter.

Shipping & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow the status of your parcel in real time.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. The carrier may vary per shipment.

Returns

  • Return window You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
  • Conditions Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Return fee A return shipping fee of €4.00 applies. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund — no upfront payment required.
  • Refund Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (minus the return fee) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
