FREE 30-DAY RETURNS

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your MateoMatas product(s) free of charge within 30 days after the delivery date.

Please note: products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons and will not be refunded.

Make sure to use a suitable cardboard shipping box for your return to avoid damage during transport.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 5–7 working days for processing. After processing, we will refund the amount to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear.
